Production Time
All items are made-to-order, so each product requires 2–5 business days for production before it’s shipped. This is included in our estimated delivery times below.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

1. Standard Shipping

• Canada: ~5–9 business days (2–5 production + 3–4 shipping)

• USA: ~5–9 business days (2–5 production + 3–4 shipping)

• Standard Shipping is the most affordable option and is available for almost all products.

2. Express Shipping (If Available)

• Canada: ~3–8 business days (2–5 production + 1–3 shipping)

• USA: ~3–8 business days (2–5 production + 1–3 shipping)

• Express Shipping is only available for eligible products and addresses. It provides faster delivery for urgent orders but may be more expensive.

How Shipping Works

• Delivery times are calculated from the time your order is placed.

• Tracking numbers are automatically provided once your order ships.

• Shipping times may vary slightly depending on location, carrier delays, or busy seasons.

Tips for Customers

• For the fastest delivery, select Express Shipping at checkout (if the option is available).
